TRIM® C390

High Performance Aerospace Synthetic

TRIM C390 is a high performance aerospace synthetic coolant customized for the machining of composites for the global aerospace industry. C390 uses a proprietary synthetic lubricant technology to provide the lubricity of soluble oil without the oily residue. TRIM® OM 303

Nonchlorinated Cutting and Lubricating Oil

TRIM OM 303 is a highly formulated straight oil designed for use in conventional and Swiss style screw machines, high-speed turning centers, and high-performance, multi-station machines, such as Hydromats. OM 303 is safe for use on aluminum alloy and steel alloy parts, as well as cast iron, copper, brass, and bronze. This product is excellent for high-pressure applications such as thread rolling and thread-form tapping. OM 303 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless and bearing steels. OM 303 provides lubrication properties similar to ISO 32 general-purpose lube oils.

  • Very light colored and clean running

SC520 uses a proven EP-additive package to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and has the wetting and cooling characteristics necessary for superior machining results on high-speed milling and turning operations. It also controls chip welding on soft, gummy materials like aluminum.

TRIM VHP E320 is a specialized heavy-duty chemical emulsion (or soluble oil) coolant concentrate. This product is a proven performer in heavy-duty machining, grinding, and some stamping operations. It is particularly effective in creepfeed grinding of steel and super alloys with either conventional or CBN wheels. It will run in very high-pressure situations with little- to no- foam.
