Carbide Grinding Synthetic Fluid

TRIM<sup>®</sup> C286

TRIM C286 is formulated specifically for the carbide grinding industry. This synthetic product is intended for grinding carbide, but is equally good on ceramics, cermets, chill cast alloys, and tool steels. C286 minimizes cobalt leaching while still maintaining superior cutting and non-cutting characteristics.

TRIM<sup>®</sup> MicroSol<sup>®</sup> 465

TRIM MicroSol 465 low-foam semisynthetic microemulsion coolant is optimized for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminum and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 465 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

TRIM® C290

Economical Synthetic Fluid for Aluminum Machining

TRIM C290 is a synthetic metalworking fluid optimized for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of general aluminum parts. C290 is a high performance, easy to use and maintain, metal removal fluid with very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. C290's unique chemical formula allows great, nonferrous corrosion prevention on most aluminum alloys.

TRIM MicroSol 685XT is a high-lubricity, low-foaming, extended sump life semisynthetic microemulsion coolant. The formula offers the performance of a heavy-duty soluble oil with the cleanliness of a semisynthetic. It provides superior cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. An excellent alternative to soluble oils on high-silica aluminum alloys, Microsol 685XT is compatible with a wide range of materials.

It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs very well. The stable and predictable performance of TRIM E715 makes it a first choice for high-quality, consistent parts manufacturing.
