TRIM® 9106

Synthetic

TRIM<sup>®</sup> 9106 | Synthetic | 5-gallon pail

TRIM 9106 is a clear, virtually odorless, synthetic coolant with excellent heat dissipating and corrosion inhibiting qualities. Recommended for grinding operations on cast iron, aluminum, and steels. Will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron and allows graphite to float and prevents swarf from clinkering when grinding cast iron. Contains no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, or other halogens..

Long-life Emulsion

TRIM E206 is a soluble oil (emulsion) coolant that performs extremely well in a wide range of machining operations on both ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and "guts" necessary for heavy-duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary for high-speed turning and grinding operations.

TRIM MicroSol 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

Very High-pressure, High-lubricity Emulsion

TRIM VHP E320 is a specialized heavy-duty chemical emulsion (or soluble oil) coolant concentrate. This product is a proven performer in heavy-duty machining, grinding, and some stamping operations. It is particularly effective in creepfeed grinding of steel and super alloys with either conventional or CBN wheels. It will run in very high-pressure situations with little- to no- foam.

  • Compatible with a very wide range of materials, but is particularly effective on high-strength steel and super alloys
  • Low-to-no foam even in very high-pressure operations like creepfeed grinding, Ejector® drilling, and gundrilling or gunreaming
  • Superior cleaning and EP lubrication characteristics to assist in fast, deep cuts with plated CBN wheels in high-production steel grinding and slotting operations
