GROTAN^® is a broad-spectrum bactericide registered for use in metalworking fluids. It should only be used in accordance with the label instructions. GROTAN^® is a registered trademark of the TROY Corporation.

KATHON™ 886 MW is a broad spectrum biocide/fungicide registered for use in metalworking fluids. This product contains 14% active ingredients and is not normally recommended for use in systems smaller than 500 gallons. It should only be used in accordance with the label instructions.

TRIM C115 is a high-performance, synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of-the-art chemical technology provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.

TRIM C320 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, synthetic coolant that approaches the "down-the-hole" machining performance of premium soluble oils. This product is exceptionally good on aluminum. Even with its very high performance, C320 meets or exceeds most stringent environmental standards.

TRIM C380 is a premium, synthetic, metalworking fluid optimized for high-tech ferrous materials including stainless steel and Inconel^® which are widely used in aerospace, medical, and the electronics industries. C380 uses the best of the new ester technology to yield a very-high performance metal removal fluid that is easy-to-use and maintain. The combination of the proven synthetic ester technology and nonhalogenated EP package produce very high levels of usable lubricity at the point of cut. C380 utilizes unique low-foam detergents to keep process soils from redepositing on machines and parts.

TRIM EP is a low oil, high-performance semichemical or semisynthetic product. While EP contains limited amounts of petroleum oil, it is a fully loaded semi using synthetic fats for wetting and lubricity, chlorine, and sulfur EP additives for BUE control. While EP is most often used in heavy-duty production band sawing and drilling operations, it has found extensive use in the production grinding of hardened steel and stainless steel parts.

TRIM MicroSol 455 low-foam semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant is optimized for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminum and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 455 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. TRIM OE330 NS is a very heavy-duty straight cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. TRIM OE330 NS is designed for use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, and corrosion-resistant steel alloys. TRIM OE330 NS is especially effective in slow-speed machining operations such as gear hobbing and broaching. The product can also be used to replace the dark, high-odor neat oils used in Sunnen honing machines.

TRIM OG108 is a very high specification grinding oil formulated for carbide and HSS tool grinding operations. The product utilizes a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and high flash point. TRIM OG108 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.

TRIM OG210 is a very high specification, EP containing grinding oil formulated for grinding operations on all materials. The product utilizes a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and a high flash point. TRIM OG210 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.

TRIM OG225 is a medium to heavy-duty straight oil designed for use in grinding operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels, Inconel^®, and titanium. A carefully selected extreme pressure/anti-wear package together with great detergency ensures TRIM OG225 provides very high stock removal rates in flute grinding without burning. It is also formulated to comply with aerospace regulations, i.e. no chlorine and no active sulphur additives. TRIM OG225 can also be used to machine all materials, including yellow metals, in high-pressure applications where low oil mist is advantageous.

TRIM OGR 263-X is a high quality, straight grinding oil designed to meet the needs of the cutting tool manufacturing industry for extended wheel life when flute or tap grinding. This has a light color, low odor, and excellent wetting to penetrate to the point of cut and reduce heat buildup.

TRIM OH200 is a medium-duty honing and superfinishing straight oil for alloy steels. OH200 can also be used for tapping and reaming of cast iron and aluminum alloys.

TRIM OM 300 is a high-performance straight cutting oil designed with active extreme-pressure additives to reduce the formation of built-up edge in cutting hard-to-machine materials including 300 series stainless. Moderate viscosity and high flash point makes OM 300 a very effective lubricant for difficult creepfeed grinding operations.

TRIM REGULAR is a chemical surface active or synthetic coolant concentrate designed for general machining and grinding of ferrous materials. It is particularly well suited for machining cast iron, but is an exceptional grinding and high velocity turning and milling fluid. REGULAR contains no sulfur, chlorine, or phosphorus, and meets the requirements of even the most restrictive chemical specifications.

TRIM SC230 nd is a no dye, low oil, semisynthetic fluid which meets the needs of the modern and demanding job shops. SC230 makes use of the latest in synthetic coolant formulations, and a specially synthesized oil to produce a versatile product ready to meet the demands of the 21st century. TRIM SC520 nd is a low-odor, value-priced semisynthetic. SC520 nd is a general-purpose, cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for the multi-material, multi-operational shop. SC520 nd uses a proven EP-additive package to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and has the wetting and cooling characteristics necessary for superior machining results on high-speed milling and turning operations. It also controls chip welding on soft, gummy materials like aluminum.
