TRIM™ CC40 is a low viscosity and high flash point carbide grinding oil made from a fine refinery base oil and high quality lube additives. It has proven to be well suited for filtration systems under 2 microns and provides excellent lubricating and cooling properties. TRIM CC40 can be used with a wide variety of metals, including cast iron, steel, copper, carbide tool, aluminum, and alloy grinding applications. Due to its strong resistance to cobalt leaching and excellent oxidation stability, TRIM CC40 is especially suitable for using in carbide tooling grinding applications.

TRIM CLEAR is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate. It works best where high-heat removal and low- working concentrations are critical. CLEAR is particularly suited for surface grinding and similar operations requiring maximum heat transfer. It is often used effectively in double disc grinders, belt grinding, and abrasive cutoff operations on ferrous materials.

TRIM E206 is a soluble oil (emulsion) coolant that performs extremely well in a wide range of machining operations on both ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and "guts" necessary for heavy-duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary for high-speed turning and grinding operations.

TRIM E925 utilizes a proprietary lubricity package to deliver exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult-to-machine aerospace materials. Designed to lower total cost and improve manufacturing efficiency thanks to extended sump life. Environmentally friendly emulsion is free of boron, chlorinated paraffins, and other halogens. Mild contact nature and low initial-charge odor provide an operator friendly environment.

TRIM GRIND WC minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WC is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.

TRIM MQL™ 1000 is a high-performance, vegetable ester-based, micro-lubrication fluid. It is fully compatible with all "micro lube" and micro-mist systems. MQL 1000 contains a blend of environmental and operator-friendly materials that provide very high levels of EP and boundary lubrication to control BUE and sliding friction. MQL 1000 out-performs the competition in sawing, drilling, tapping, reaming, and milling, to name just a few. In situations where it is impractical to use a micro-lubrication applicator, MQL 1000 may be manually applied to the tool or the work piece.

TRIM OG108 is a very high specification grinding oil formulated for carbide and HSS tool grinding operations. The product utilizes a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and high flash point. TRIM OG108 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.

TRIM OM 100 is a straight cutting oil designed for general machining of all metals including aluminum, copper, brass, and cast iron. OM 100 provides excellent lubricity without staining nonferrous metals.

TRIM SC620 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, low-odor, semisynthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for high performance machining and grinding environments. SC620 uses a proprietary blend of mineral oil, EP-additives, and lubricity agents to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and deliver the finishes historically achieved using soluble oils. This unique balance of lubricity, wetting, and cooling characteristics is engineered to improve semisynthetic performance on stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and other high-end materials.
