WEDOLiT CN 2370-7 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. GTL-base-oils are free of aromatics, chlorine, zinc, nitrogen, and heavy metals, to provide the best occupational safety for the worker. The product is suitable for the machining of HSS and carbides (especially with a high cobalt content). The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

WEDOLiT CN 2670-18 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil for the machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

The product is approved by KAPP NILES under the name N-151-3.

WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 is a low viscous, high performance cutting oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. The product is suitable for deep hole drilling of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

WEDOLiT CN 5370-12 is a low-viscosity, non-water soluble high-performance cutting oil based on high performance paraffinic base oil technology, which was developed for thread cutting operations. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations of high alloyed steels, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CN 5370-22 is a low viscous, non-water soluble, high performance cutting oil for thread cutting operations, which is based on the latest base-oil-technology. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations of high alloyed steels, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CN 6850-26 is a medium viscous high-performance oil for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals. By using this oil, various processes can be avoided such as separate production lines for machining different materials and the preliminary cleaning of non-ferrous metals. The product can be applied undiluted by spraying, flooding, or means of rollers.

WEDOLiT CS 6201 is suitable for grinding of steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, glass and especially carbides.

WEDOLiT CS 6206 is suitable for grinding of steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, glass, and especially carbides.

WEDOLiT CS 8016 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to medium cutting operations of steel, cast iron, aluminum, and chromated surfaces.

WEDOLiT CS 8208 is suitable for ultrasonic testing systems. The product is also suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 5 - 10%). Not suitable for the manufacturing of workpieces made of zinc, aluminum and their alloys.

WEDOLiT CS 8376 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to heavy cutting operations of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, titanium, and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CS 9016 is a water soluble, high performance coolant for different grinding and machining operations (steel and ferrous metals). The product can also be used as a cooling agent for tube-welding- and profiling machines and is also suitable as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or as a lubricating-/anti corrosion agent for hydro testing.

WEDOLiT CS 9040 is suitable for grinding steel and glass. The product is also suitable as a press water medium for tubes.

WEDOLiT CS 9203 can be used for different metalworking operations on steel and ferrous metals in grinding, cutting operations as well as a cooling agent for tube-welding and profiling machines. Especially adequate as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or a lubricating /anti corrosion agent in hydro testers.

WEDOLiT CW 6336 is suitable for grinding as well as light to heavy cutting operations of steel, cast iron, aluminum (e.g. sensitive aluminum alloys of the 2000 and 7000 series), and non-ferrous metals*.

WEDOLiT FN 6870-170 is a medium viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for deep drawing and other cold forming processes of steel (e.g. for auto bodies). Additionally, the product is suitable as a spot lubricant for thread cutting or blind hole drilling. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, dipping, brushes or by means of rollers.

The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213.

WEDOLiT FN 6870-38 is a water-insoluble lubricant for wire drawing and other cold forming operations, e.g. deep drawing, extrusion, or thread forming, of steel and stainless steel. The undiluted product is usually applied by flooding, spraying, brushes, or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 8471 is a chlorine free, pasty, water-insoluble lubricant for cold forming processes (e.g. pilgering) of high alloyed steels. The product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 8830 is a chlorine free, pasty, water-insoluble lubricant for cold forming processes (e.g. pilgering) of high alloyed steels. The product is usually applied on the outer diameter by brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 8850-90 is a medium viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for tube drawing and other cold forming operations of steel. Due to the fact that the product also offers corrosion protection, no additional treatment is necessary (for short term storage). WEDOLiT FW 7651 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfills the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 4 - 6%).

WEDOLiT FW 7840 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration from 7%).

The product is approved by Mercedes-Benz Group AG (formerly Daimler AG) (QSO 040305) under the name WEDOLiT K 911.

WEDOLiT FW 7850 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration from 7%).

WEDOLiT FW 9200 is an ester-based, water-miscible forming lubricant, which can be universally applied in forming (especially drawing) processes of brass and non-ferrous metals.

The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 15% are usually recommended.

WEDOLiT FW 9850 is a water-miscible anti spatter fluid. The product is usually applied by spraying, but can also be applied with a brush or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FW 9850 is approved by Ford (Tox.-Nr. 115412, Mat.Nr. 1180012135), Renault SA (R 100092852), and Peugeot SA (Z 000204960) under the name V 793-357.

WEDOLiT K 102 is universally applicable for part cleaning and corrosion protection. The mineral oil containing product is not only suitable for steel, but also for non-ferrous metals. Based on the latest technology, it offers the possibility for a boron- and formaldehyde-free application.
