WEDOLiT

WEDOLiT AS 1012 is a dewatering fluid with corrosion protection properties. It uses surface-active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface extremely quick. Even highly complex geometries can efficiently be dewatered. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.

WEDOLiT AS 2241-1 is a modern formulated corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals, which offers long-term protection for indoor storage. Its low viscosity allows it to be used as an immersion bath, e.g. for the treatment of hollow parts. It can also be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or rolling.

WEDOLiT AW 5040 is a water-soluble passivating agent for steel, which is used as an aqueous solution for a short-term corrosion protection. The product contains no oily or fatty substances and is free of sodium nitrite. Furthermore, it contains a copper and brass inhibitor (for the protection of fittings, etc.).

WEDOLiT CN 6850-26 is a medium viscous high-performance oil for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals. By using this oil, various processes can be avoided such as separate production lines for machining different materials and the preliminary cleaning of non-ferrous metals. The product can be applied undiluted by spraying, flooding, or means of rollers.

WEDOLiT CS 9203 can be used for different metalworking operations on steel and ferrous metals in grinding, cutting operations as well as a cooling agent for tube-welding and profiling machines. Especially adequate as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or a lubricating /anti corrosion agent in hydro testers.

WEDOLiT FN 1490-850 is a highly viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for tube drawing and other cold forming processes of aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 2451-850 is a highly viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for wire drawing and other cold forming processes, e.g. deep drawing, extrusion or thread forming, of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The undiluted product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.
