WEDOLiT AE 4313 is a modern formulated, ester-based corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals, which offers protection for short overseas transports. It can be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT AN 7321 is a modern formulated corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals. It can be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of rollers on parts with surface temperatures of ≤ 80°C. This results in a great time saving and contributes to an enhanced productivity.

WEDOLiT AW 5040 is a water-soluble passivating agent for steel, which is used as an aqueous solution for a short-term corrosion protection. However, the compatibility should be examined in preliminary tests. The product is also suitable for the expansion or reduction of aluminium tubes.

WEDOLiT C 24-K is approved by VW (Approval Number 29.4433).

WEDOLiT CN 2670-18 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil for the machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

The product is approved by KAPP NILES under the name N-151-3.

WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 is a low viscous, high performance cutting oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. The product is suitable for deep hole drilling of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

WEDOLiT CN 5670-22 is a low viscous, high performance cutting oil for the machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CN 6850-26 is a medium viscous high-performance oil for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. By using this oil, various processes can be avoided such as separate production lines for machining different materials and the preliminary cleaning of non-ferrous metals. The product can be applied undiluted by spraying, flooding or means of rollers.

WEDOLiT CN 8250-2 is a volatilizing high-performance lubricant, designed for use in all types of low and minimum quantity lubrication systems for milling, sawing, thread cutting and cold forming applications of non-ferrous metals

WEDOLiT CS 6201 is suitable for grinding of steel, cast iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, glass and especially carbides.

WEDOLiT CS 8016 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to medium cutting operations of steel, cast iron, aluminium and chromated surfaces.

WEDOLiT CS 8376 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to heavy cutting operations of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, titanium and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CS 9016 is a water soluble, high performance coolant for different grinding and machining operations (steel and ferrous metals). The product can also be used as a cooling agent for tube-welding- and profiling machines and is also suitable as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or as a lubricating-/anti corrosion agent for hydro testing.

WEDOLiT CS 9040 is suitable for grinding steel and glass. The product is also suitable as a press water medium for tubes.

WEDOLiT CS 9203 can be used for different metalworking operations on steel and ferrous metals in grinding, cutting operations as well as a cooling agent for tube-welding and profiling machines. Especially adequate as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or a lubricating /anti corrosion agent in hydro testers.

WEDOLiT CW 6336 is suitable for grinding as well as light to heavy cutting operations of steel, cast iron, aluminium (e.g. sensitive aluminium alloys of the 2000 and 7000 series), and non-ferrous metals*.

WEDOLiT EP 330 ES is a highly viscous, high-performance, mineral-oil-based forming oil. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for the utilisation in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents, due to the high content of polar additives, the stick-slip-effect.

WEDOLiT FN 1170-260 is a medium viscous, chlorine containing forming oil for tube drawing and other cold forming operations of steel. The product also offers an excellent performance for precision cutting operations. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 1490-850 is a highly viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for tube drawing and other cold forming processes of aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FN 8471 is a chlorine free, pasty, water-insoluble lubricant for cold forming processes (e.g. pilgering) of high alloyed steels. The product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FW 9850 is a water-miscible anti spatter fluid. The product is usually applied by spraying, but can also be applied with a brush or by means of rollers.

WEDOLiT FW 9850 is approved by Ford (Tox.-Nr. 115412, Mat.Nr. 1180012135), Renault SA (R 100092852) and Peugeot SA (Z 000204960) under the name V 793-357.

WEDOLiT K 725 is a dewatering fluid with medium corrosion protection properties. It uses surface active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface extremely quick. Even highly complex geometries can efficiently be dewatered. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.

WEDOLiT KS 3000 is a universally applicable corrosion protection/ rust remover which is also effective in case of moisture-related ignition problems of electrical systems.
