European Lab Sample Process

Following these steps helps ensure fast and accurate analysis so we can help you optimize your process.

1. Collect the Sample

Collect a representative sample from the system under clean conditions.

Use the provided sample bottle whenever possible.
Fill the bottle approximately 80 to 90% full.
Do not mix samples from different systems.
Make sure the sample bottle is clean and free from outside contamination.

2. Label the Bottle

Complete the provided sample bottle labels fully and legibly. Provide as much information as possible:

Company
Address / Location
Product / Fluid
Date
Machine Name
Materials Being Processed
Submitted By
Analysis Requested
Notes, if applicable

If the provided labels are missing or unavailable, the same information listed above must be clearly written directly on the bottle or securely attached to the bottle.

Each sample bottle must be individually and clearly identified before shipment.

3. Package the Sample

Prepare each sample carefully for shipment:

Make sure the bottle cap is securely tightened.
Place the bottle into the protective bag provided.
Place the protected bottle into the shipping box.
Make sure the samples are secure before sealing the box.

4. Send the Sample

Once the samples are securely packaged:

Seal the shipping box securely.
Use the provided return shipping label, if included.

Important Sample Guidelines

Use the provided sample bottles whenever possible.
Clearly identify every sample before shipping.
