WEDOLiT C 24-K is a water-soluble, fully synthetic fluid that facilitates the assembly of parts. The product is compatible with most non-ferrous metals and is also suitable for painted surfaces. However, the compatibility should be examined in preliminary tests. The product is also suitable for the expansion or reduction of aluminium tubes.

WEDOLiT C 24-K is approved by VW (Approval Number 29.4433).

WEDOLiT CN 2370-7 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. GTL-base-oils are free of aromatics, chlorine, zinc, nitrogen and heavy metals, to provide the best occupational safety for the worker. The product is suitable for the machining of HSS and carbides (especially with a high cobalt content). The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

WEDOLiT CN 3650-13 is a mineral oil based cutting oil for the manufacturing (especially deep-hole drilling) of steel and aluminium alloys. The product contains a combination of EP- and AW-additives, which increase the cutting performance significantly.

WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is a liquid, odourless non-water soluble high performance lubricant. It was developed for machining and forming operation on steel, non-ferrous and light metals. By using special spray equipment, WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is universally applicable for all minimum quantity lubricating systems, for example at sawing, milling, thread cutting and cold-forming operations. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 contains no chemical active substances in form of phosphor-, zinc-, sulphur- and chlorine compounds. The composition is based on special natural raw materials and it is free of mineral oil. Therefore, it is a particularly environmental and skin compatible lubricant. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is characterized by its high load carrying capacity and its excellent wetting- and lubricating behaviour. The excellent cooling and lubricating properties provide a longer service life of tools and high dimensional accuracy of workpieces. Inspite its low viscosity respectively low pour point, WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 has a low volatility and an excellent stability against oxidation Another advantage of WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is the low mist forming behaviour and the low odour during machining. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 ensures an extremely economic application and keeps the workplace clean. It can easily and safely be removed by spraying, dipping or ultrasonic cleaning with neutral or alkaline industrial cleaners as well as organic solvents.

WEDOLiT CN 5370-12 is a low viscous, non-water soluble high performance cutting oil based on the latest GTL-baseoil-technology, which was developed for thread cutting operations. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations of high alloyed steels, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT CN 8250-2 is a volatilizing high-performance lubricant, designed for use in all types of low and minimum quantity lubrication systems for milling, sawing, thread cutting and cold forming applications of non-ferrous metals

WEDOLiT CN 8570-25 is a liquid, odour-less, water insoluble high-performance lubricant, suitable for all kinds of minimum quantity lubrication systems, e.g. for milling, sawing or thread forming, of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

WEDOLiT N 22-4 is a medium-viscosity, non-water-soluble forming oil for deep-drawing operations of sheet steel, for example, for the automotive industry. This includes sheet metal that is galvanized, or hot-dip galvanized on one or both sides, sheet metal coated with zinc metal, aluminized sheet metal, or sheets made of aluminum or aluminum alloys.

The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213, and has been approved by all VDA members.

• Also acts as an anti-corrosion oil
• Subsequent preservation of drawn parts is not necessary due to the good corrosion protection
• Can be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or with felt rollers
• The oil film can be easily removed with organic solvents or water-soluble alkaline cleaners

WEDOLiT N 22 NV is a thixotropic water insoluble washing oil for cleaning metal sheets and coils. The product is usually used in washing machines at ambient temperatures. Increasing the temperature to approx. 60 °C enhances the washing effect. The oil film that remains on the surface after the washing process offers sufficient forming properties for medium to heavy forming operations (for cold forming of uncoated and galvanized steel and for and aluminum).

Approved by Volkswagen (VW-Material-Nr. 29.4186) and by Mercedes Benz (Nr. 34/95-10576 VWT).

• Compatible (according to tests and our experience) with all for the automotive industry typical adhesives and paints (KTL)
• Acts as a corrosion protection agent. Therefore, a post-treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary
• An ageing stable film is formed after drawing
• Can easily be removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild industrial alkaline cleaning agents, even after long storage periods
• A phosphating can easily be conducted after degreasing

WEDOLiT N 52 is a mineral-oil based high-performance lubricant, suitable for all kinds of minimum quantity lubrication systems such as milling, sawing or thread forming steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals*.
Approved by Rattunde & Co as a cutting oil for minimum quantity lubrication.
