Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2039 is a concentrated, very high performance cleaner made for washing all metals including cast iron and alloy steels. CLEAN 2039 can be used in spray-type and ultrasonic cleaning of light oils. CLEAN 2039 cleans the oil and metal residues off of the parts, while leaving a thin protective film to provide strong corrosion inhibition on ferrous metals. It is a good choice for cleaning cast iron parts.

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 3011GM is a highly concentrated liquid parts washing compound/corrosion inhibitor designed for aluminum alloy, steel alloy and stainless steel parts, as well as cast iron parts. This product is excellent for use in single stage spray washers providing good detergency and long life. CLEAN 3011GM provides in process corrosion inhibition when not rinsed

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 9640AL is a super-concentrated water-soluble cleaning fluid for cleaning aluminum alloy, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and other metal parts. With excellent anti-foam and tramp oil rejection characteristics, long-life, CLEAN 9640AL is especially recommended for low- to medium-pressure spray cleaning and is most suitable for single-chamber spray cleaning machines.

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 9640XT is a concentrated, very high performance cleaner made for washing all ferrous metals including cast iron, alloy steel and other metal parts cleaning, and provide a strong rust –proof function between processes. CLEAN 9640XT can be used in spray-type cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning of light oil. It can clean the oil and metal liquid residue of the parts, and leave a thin layer of protective film which provides the rust-proof of ferrous metal. CLEAN 9640XT has good anti-rust and anti-corrosion. It is a good choice for cleaning cast iron parts.

Master STAGES™ NOCOR E6 is a super-concentrated, barium-free, water-based emulsion rust inhibitor that will protect steel, cast iron, and other ferrous parts from in-plant corrosion for up to six months. Parts coated with NOCOR E6 have a soft, almost invisible film that is easily removed using mild cleaners.

Master STAGES™ NOCOR S2 is a synthetic, water soluble, ferrous corrosion inhibitor for short-term storage or shipment. Effective at concentrations from 3% - 10% in water, it provides a very thin, water-soluble protective film.

Master STAGES™ RINSE 100 is a washing compound concentrate that does a great job of removing metalworking fluids and light oily films. This product will not stain ferrous or nonferrous materials and leaves an extremely thin film corrosion inhibitor, which does not interfere with gauging of parts. RINSE 100 is compatible with the TRIM family of cutting and grinding fluid concentrates.

Master STAGES™ RPO 12 is a long-term, indoor rust preventative with a soft waxy film. RPO 12 is compatible with all metals and can be applied by dip, spray, or brush-on methods. The film thickness will be approximately eight microns.

Master STAGES™ RPO 6F is a nonstaining, water displacing, thin film rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. Provides indoor rust inhibition and excellent protection for bearings, precision parts, and in-process parts during storage and in transit. RPO 6F can be also used as water displacing cleaner and rust preventative.
