WEDOLiT AE 1030 is a dewatering fluid based on the latest ester technology that uses surface-active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface quickly. Even highly complex geometries can be efficiently dewatered. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.

Not subject to the German solvent guideline VOC 31. BImSCHV or to the Swiss regulation concerning the incentive tax on volatile solvents (VOCV). Fulfils all requirements regarding ELV 2000/53/EG.

WEDOLiT AW 5811 is a water-soluble passivating agent for steel, which is used as an aqueous solution for a short-term corrosion protection. The product contains no oily or fatty substances and is free of sodium nitrite. Furthermore, it contains a copper and brass inhibitor (for the protection of fittings, etc.).

WEDOLiT C 24-K is a water-soluble, fully synthetic fluid that facilitates the assembly of parts. The product is compatible with most non-ferrous metals and is also suitable for painted surfaces. However, the compatibility should be examined in preliminary tests. The product is also suitable for the expansion or reduction of aluminium tubes.

WEDOLiT C 24-K is approved by VW (Approval Number 29.4433).

WEDOLiT CN 2370-7 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. WEDOLiT CS 8208 is suitable for ultrasonic testing systems. The product is also suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 5 - 10%). Not suitable for the manufacturing of workpieces made of zinc, aluminium and their alloys.

WEDOLiT CW 6506 is approved by CETIM according to specification EADS ASN 42302 annex 2, DASSAULT DQGT 0.4.2.0065 index D and by Bombardier BAMS 569-001 rev. B, for the aerospace industry.

WEDOLiT EP 1090-E is a highly viscous, high-performance, mineral-oil-based forming oil. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for utilisation in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents the stick-slip- effect due to the high content of polar additives.

• Very high film stability (even under high pressures)

• The product is designed to react with the zinc phosphate layer (which acts as lubricant) to form a zinc soap. The zinc phosphate layer should be at least 4 μm (at heavy forming operations, e.g. cold extrusion, up to 10 μm). Due to specific additives, a maximum conversion of zinc phosphate and the drawing media occurs, which results in an optimal performance regarding degree and rate of deformation

WEDOLiT FW 7650 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 4 - 6%).

The product is approved by Mercedes-Benz Group AG (formerly Daimler AG) (QSO 040305) under the name WEDOLiT K 911.

WEDOLiT FW 9114 is a water miscible forming lubricant based on biodegradable natural raw materials. The product is universally applicable in steel forming processes.

The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 30% are usually recommended.

WEDOLiT FW 9900 is a water-miscible, ester based forming lubricant (soap) that can be used universally for deep drawing and other forming operations of brass. The concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operation and should be determined in preliminary tests (usually in the range between 10 - 15%). The product can also be used undiluted.

WEDOLiT K 119 is a modern formulated corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals. It offers protection for a short storage period and is suitable for light straightening processes. It can be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of rollers.

Fulfils all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. Not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31. BImSchV) or to the Swiss regulation for VOC (Lenkungsabgabe VOCV Swiss).

WEDOLiT K 856 is a dewatering fluid with slight corrosion protection properties that uses surface-active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface extremely quick. Even highly complex geometries can be dewatered efficiently. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.

Fulfils all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. Not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31 BImSchV) or to the Swiss regulation for VOC (Lenkungsabgabe VOCV Swiss).

• Due to its strong dewatering effect, residues of flushing water or water containing fluids such as emulsions or synthetic coolants are removed from the metal surface
• Water/emulsions that enter the bath will settle on the bottom of the tank after a short period and can be drained off
• Development of a clear phase boundary between the water and the product, without forming an emulsion phase
• Due to its extreme dewatering properties, the product is ideal for workpieces that are additionally packaged with VCI foils

WEDLiT N 22-3 is a thixotropic, non water soluble, deep drawing agent, which was developed for cold forming of coated carbon steels. It is especially applicable for electro galvanised zinc-, zinc nickel coated- and aluminised-sheets. Also good for aluminium and aluminium alloys. The product can be applied by spraying, flooding or rolling.

Fulfils the requirements of all German automotive manufacturers according to VDA-213 and VW-A001, and has been approved by all VDA members.

• Applications at ambient temperatures possible
• A preheating of the oil to approximately 40 - 50°C is possible without the loss of the thixotropic effect after cooling
• Acts at the same time as a corrosion protection agent, and therefore a post treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary
• An agent stable film is formed after drawing
• Can be removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild alkaline industrial cleaning agents, even after long storage periods
• After grease removal, excellent phosphating is possible

WEDOLiT N 22-4 is a medium-viscosity, non-water-soluble forming oil for deep-drawing operations of sheet steel, for example, for the automotive industry. This includes sheet metal that is galvanized, or hot-dip galvanized on one or both sides, sheet metal coated with zinc metal, aluminized sheet metal, or sheets made of aluminum or aluminum alloys.

The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213, and has been approved by all VDA members.

• Also acts as an anti-corrosion oil
• Subsequent preservation of drawn parts is not necessary due to the good corrosion protection
• Can be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or with felt rollers
• The oil film can be easily removed with organic solvents or water-soluble alkaline cleaners

WEDOLiT N 22 NV is a thixotropic water insoluble washing oil for cleaning metal sheets and coils. The product is usually used in washing machines at ambient temperatures. Increasing the temperature to approx. 60 °C enhances the washing effect. The oil film that remains on the surface after the washing process offers sufficient forming properties for medium to heavy forming operations (for cold forming of uncoated and galvanized steel and for and aluminum).

Approved by Volkswagen (VW-Material-Nr. 29.4186) and by Mercedes Benz (Nr. 34/95-10576 VWT).

• Compatible (according to tests and our experience) with all for the automotive industry typical adhesives and paints (KTL)
• Acts as a corrosion protection agent. Therefore, a post-treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary

Approved by Rattunde & Co as a cutting oil for minimum quantity lubrication.
