Protection-DW-Fluid 80°C flash point (aromatic content ≤ 2%)
WEDOLiT AS 6115 is a modern formulated corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals. It offers protection for short overseas transport. Its low viscosity allows it to be used as an immersion bath, e.g. for the treatment of hollow parts. It can also be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of rollers.
Fulfills all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. Not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31. BImSchV).

- VCI films suitable: The full corrosion protection is only given in the solvent-free film, therefore a short storage time until the solvent evaporates must be observed, especially before packing in boxes with film

Fully synthetic forming oil
WEDOLiT FN 1430-220 is a high viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for tube drawing and other cold forming operations of aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

TRIM MicroSol 651XT is a high-lubricity, low-foaming, multi-metal, semisynthetic microemulsion coolant. The formula offers the performance of a heavy-duty soluble oil with the cleanliness of a semisynthetic. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. An excellent alternative to soluble oils on high-silica aluminium alloys, MicroSol 651XT is compatible with a wide range of materials and operations.

TRIM™ SC417
General Purpose, Ferrous Cutting and Grinding Fluid
TRIM SC417 is a cost effective, semisynthetic coolant specifically formulated for machining and grinding of cast iron and steel. This formulation achieves the highest levels of ferrous rust protection whilst also maintaining low levels of foam even in soft water areas. This clean running formulation also prevents the loading of grinding wheels, ensuring good surface finishes and minimal burning.

Boron-free, Multi-metal Machining Emulsion
TRIM E730 is a boron-free, high quality, universal soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs. Prelube
WEDOLiT N 22-4 is a medium-viscosity, non-water-soluble forming oil for deep-drawing sheet steel, for example, for the automotive industry. This includes sheet metal that is galvanized, or hot-dip galvanized on one or both sides, sheet metal coated with zinc metal, aluminized sheet metal, or sheets made of aluminum or aluminum alloys.
The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213, and has been approved by all VDA members.

WEDOLiT® FW 7650
Water-miscible, fully synthetic coolant
WEDOLiT FW 7650 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 4 - 6%).
- Due to its thermal stability the product can be used in the whole production line (forming, welding, calibration, sawing)
- No emulsification of mineral oils and engine lubricants. Therefore, the application of an anticorrosion oil is possible (e.g. on the Turk’s head of the tube welding engine in the manufacture of profiled tubes)
- Can be centrifuged without loss of active substances
- Removable with organic solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners
- A bright workpiece surface is obtained after annealing
WEDOLiT® FW 9114
Water-miscible drawing paste
WEDOLiT FW 9114 is a water miscible forming lubricant based on biodegradable natural raw materials. The product is universally applicable in steel forming processes.
The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 30% are usually recommended.

WEDOLiT® N 22-NV
Washing and forming oil
WEDOLiT N 22 NV is a thixotropic water insoluble washing oil for cleaning metal sheets and coils. The product is usually used in washing machines at ambient temperatures. Increasing the temperature to approx. 60 °C enhances the washing effect. The oil film that remains on the surface after the washing process offers sufficient forming properties for medium to heavy forming operations (for cold forming of uncoated and galvanized steel and for and aluminum).
Approved by Volkswagen (VW-Material-Nr. 29.4186) and by Mercedes Benz (Nr. 34/95-10576 VWT).
- Compatible (according to tests and our experience) with all for the automotive industry typical adhesives and paints (KTL)
- Acts as a corrosion protection agent. Therefore, a post-treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary
- An ageing stable film is formed after drawing
- Can easily be removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild industrial alkaline cleaning agents, even after long storage periods
- A phosphating can easily be conducted after degreasing
WEDOLiT® CW 6546
Water-miscible coolant
WEDOLiT CW 6506 is suitable for light to heavy cutting operations of steel, stainless steel, aluminium (e.g. sensitive aluminium alloys of the 2000 and 7000 series) and non-ferrous metals.
WEDOLiT CW 6506 is approved by CETIM according to specification EADS ASN 42302 annex 2, DASSAULT DQGT 0.4.2.0065 index D and by Bombardier BAMS 569-001 rev. B, for the aerospace industry.

Reactive drawing oil
WEDOLiT FN 1872-50 is a water-insoluble, reactive drawing oil, based on special phosphoric acid esters, which creates an iron phosphate layer on iron and steel parts. The product is free of chlorine, sulphur or nitrites.
- The product is used in a heated bath with a temperature of TBath = 60°C ± 5°C
- After 10 - 15 min, a sufficient film should have been developed on the tube surface (residues of lime- or carbon deposits must be removed preliminary)
- It is important to keep the water content in the product at a value of 1 - 1.7%, to form uniform phosphate layers on the tube surface
- The product offers a short-term corrosion protection (max. a few days)
- The pipes can be cleaned after drawing with alkaline cleaners, solvents or bright annealing
WEDOLiT® FW 6550-165
Stamping and Forming Medium
WEDOLiT FW 6550-165 is a synthetic, mineral oil and chlorine-free, highly additivated punching and forming medium. The EP additives ensure a pressure-resistant lubricating film, even in difficult machining processes.
- Suitable for deep-drawing, extrusion, punching and cutting processes not only on steels, but also on stainless steels
- Undiluted by brush or felt roller and can be easily washed off with water
- Does not contain any insoluble pigments such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide
