TRIM MicroSol 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

TRIM MicroSol 642RX is specifically formulated for the medical device industry. This product is low-foaming, has high-lubricity, a long sump life, is clean running, and is free of animal derived raw materials. MicroSol 642RX can be run with many operations on titanium, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloys, and exotic alloys. This is the fluid of choice for medical instruments, ortho instruments, prosthetic devices, endoscopy, and surgical tools.

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2017 is an economical heavy-duty spray cleaner that removes heavy soils and oily residues from ferrous and magnesium parts. Often used in rebuild operations and for cleaning up cast iron, stamped or drawn steel parts, or removing heavy RP coatings.

• Very economical way to remove heavy soils and light rust
• Low foaming at ambient temperatures, and even lower when used above 120°F (49°C)

Master STAGES™ NOCOR™ O3T is a barium-free, non-staining, water displacing, thin-fiIm corrosion inhibitor or rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. NOCOR O3T provides indoor corrosion inhibition and excellent protection for bearings, precision parts, in-process parts in storage, and parts in transit.

• Barium free
• Light film for limited carry-off
• Excellent corrosion inhibition, generally in excess of three months in dry storage
• Non-staining
• Water displacing to help prevent rust due to water trapped under the protective film
• Oxidation resistant to resist tarnishing over long storage periods
• Easily removed with detergent cleaners, such as Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2029 "One Step"
• Humidity Cabinet Test: No rust at 176 hours (ASTM D1748)

Master STAGES™ NOCOR™ O6T is a barium-free, non-staining, water displacing, thin-fiIm corrosion inhibitor or rust preventative which can be used on a variety of metals. NOCOR O6T provides indoor corrosion inhibition and excellent protection for bearings, precision parts, in-process parts in storage, and parts in transit.
