WEDOLiT EP 430 ES is a high-performance special oil based on mineral oil esters, developed to the highest technical standards for use in the pipe industry. The product emulsifies spontaneously and contains polar additives to prevent stick slip.

WEDOLiT EP 430 ES is used to lubricate sliding surfaces and guideways of mechanical expanders under extremely high surface pressure in the manufacture of large steel pipes, e.g., for gas and oil pipelines. WEDOLIT EP 430 ES is used undiluted for the forming process. The emulsion can be used for pre- and post-cleaning of the pipes and for cleaning the expander head and can be separated into split water and oily waste with suitable additives. The split water could be reused to prepare the emulsion.

WEDOLiT EP 545-E is a highly viscous, high-performance forming oil based on renewable raw materials. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for the utilization in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents, due to the high content of polar additives, the stick-slip-effect.

WEDOLiT FN 1430-60 is a non-water soluble forming agent of low viscosity, based on environmentally compatible, synthetic compounds. It is successfully used as a minimum quantity lubricant for the treatment of aluminium, non-ferrous metals and steel, respectively as an assembly lubricant for parts of plastic material or metal. WEDOLiT FN 1430-60 is usually used as a concentrate.
Before soft-annealing, a degreasing of parts, which were treated with WEDOLiT FN 1430-60, is not necessary, because it evaporates at temperatures over 300°C without leaving stains or carbon residues.
The product may become cloudy at storage temperatures lower than 10 degrees Celsius. The process is reversible by warming up to room temperature (ca. 20°C).

WEDOLiT FN 1470-300 is a medium-viscosity, non-water-soluble forming agent based on environmentally friendly, fully synthetic compounds. It is successfully used for forming stainless steel, steel, and non-ferrous alloys.
WEDOLiT FN 1470-300 is generally used as an undiluted concentrate.
WEDOLiT FN 1470-300 can be easily removed with organic solvents (such as petroleum) or water-soluble alkaline cleaners.
Parts treated with WEDOLiT FN 1470-300 do not need to be degreased before soft annealing. WEDOLiT FN 1470-300 evaporates without leaving any residue at temperatures above 300°C and does not leave any stains or coking residues.

WEDOLiT FN 1530-650 is a highly viscous, non-water soluble lubricant suitable for tube, bar and wire drawing of bright steel. The undiluted product is usually used as a dip or applied by brushes or felt rollers.

WEDOLiT FS 4512 is a low-viscosity, solvent-based lubricant suitable for punching and bending operations on steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. The product is usually applied undiluted by spraying, flooding, brushing, or felt rollers.

WEDOLiT FS 8100 is a low viscous, non-water miscible forming and cold cleaning lubricant. The product is suitable for punching and bending operations of steel and non-ferrous metals. It can be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of brushes or rollers.

WEDOLiT C 142 is primarily used for manufacturing steel pipes on pipe welding machines and as a press water additive, and is also suitable for galvanized materials.

• Due to its temperature stability, it can also be used in the water cooling section for the weld seam, in addition to cooling the electrode or for high-frequency welding of coils and impeders
• The entire pipe welding machine is thus operated with a closed cooling lubrication system without external water supply

• This makes it possible to use rust protection oil on the turret head of pipe welding machines in the manufacture of profile pipes

WEDOLiT AW 5811 is a water-soluble passivating agent for steel, which is used as an aqueous solution for a short-term corrosion protection. The product contains no oily or fatty substances and is free of sodium nitrite. Furthermore, it contains a copper and brass inhibitor (for the protection of fittings, etc.).

WEDOLiT FS 8111 is a low viscous, non-water miscible cooling lubricant. WEDOLiT AS 6115 is a modern formulated corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals. It offers protection for short overseas transport. Its low viscosity allows it to be used as an immersion bath, e.g. for the treatment of hollow parts. It can also be applied by spraying, flooding or by means of rollers.

Fulfills all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. Not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31. BImSchV).

WEDOLiT N 22-4 is a medium-viscosity, non-water-soluble forming oil for deep-drawing operations of sheet steel, for example, for the automotive industry. This includes sheet metal that is galvanized, or hot-dip galvanized on one or both sides, sheet metal coated with zinc metal, aluminized sheet metal, or sheets made of aluminum or aluminum alloys.

The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213, and has been approved by all VDA members.

WEDOLiT FN 6870-440 is a high-performance product, which is based on highly refined mineral oils. The product is suitable for heavy forming and machining operations of steel, stainless steel and aluminium (e.g. thread cutting, stamping or deep drawing).

WEDOLiT FW 7650 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 4 - 6%).

• Due to its thermal stability the product can be used in the whole production line (forming, welding, calibration, sawing)
• No emulsification of mineral oils and engine lubricants. Therefore, the application of an anticorrosion oil is possible (e.g. on the Turk’s head of the tube welding engine in the manufacture of profiled tubes)
• Can be centrifuged without loss of active substances

• A bright workpiece surface is obtained after annealing

WEDOLiT FW 9114 is a water miscible forming lubricant based on biodegradable natural raw materials. The product is universally applicable in steel forming processes.

The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 30% are usually recommended.

WEDOLiT N 22 NV is a thixotropic water insoluble washing oil for cleaning metal sheets and coils. The product is usually used in washing machines at ambient temperatures. Increasing the temperature to approx. 60 °C enhances the washing effect. The oil film that remains on the surface after the washing process offers sufficient forming properties for medium to heavy forming operations (for cold forming of uncoated and galvanized steel and for and aluminum).

Approved by Volkswagen (VW-Material-Nr. 29.4186) and by Mercedes Benz (Nr. 34/95-10576 VWT).

• Compatible (according to tests and our experience) with all for the automotive industry typical adhesives and paints (KTL)
• Acts as a corrosion protection agent. Therefore, a post-treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary
• An ageing stable film is formed after drawing

WEDOLiT CW 6506 is approved by CETIM according to specification EADS ASN 42302 annex 2, DASSAULT DQGT 0.4.2.0065 index D and by Bombardier BAMS 569-001 rev. B, for the aerospace industry.
