WEDOLiT EP 430 ES is a high-performance special oil based on mineral oil esters, developed to the highest technical standards for use in the pipe industry. The product emulsifies spontaneously and contains polar additives to prevent stick slip.

WEDOLiT EP 430 ES is used to lubricate sliding surfaces and guideways of mechanical expanders under extremely high surface pressure in the manufacture of large steel pipes, e.g., for gas and oil pipelines. WEDOLIT EP 430 ES is used undiluted for the forming process. The emulsion can be used for pre- and post-cleaning of the pipes and for cleaning the expander head and can be separated into split water and oily waste with suitable additives. The split water could be reused to prepare the emulsion.
