Tube welding solution

Description

WEDOLiT FW 7641 is preferably used for the production of steel tubes on tube welding machines and as a press water additive and is also suitable for galvanised materials.

  • It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers
  • Due to its thermal stability, the product can be used in the whole production line (forming, welding, calibration, sawing)
  • No emulsification of mineral oils and engine lubricants, therefore, the application of an anticorrosion oil is possible (e.g. on the Turk’s head of the tube welding engine in the manufacture of profiled tubes)
  • Metal abrasion can be removed easily and without clogging the filters
  • Tramp oils introduced as leakage oil can be centrifuged without loss of active substances
  • Can be easily removed with organic solvents and alkaline cleaners
