TRIM™ C120 CG
Carbide Grinding Synthetic Fluid
TRIM C120 CG is formulated specifically for the carbide grinding industry. This synthetic product is intended for grinding carbide, but is equally good on ceramics, cermets, chill cast alloys and tool steels. TRIM C120 CG minimises cobalt leaching while still maintaining superior cutting and non-cutting characteristics.

TRIM™ MicroSol™ 636NXT
Ester based semisynthetic
TRIM MicroSol 636NXT is an innovative, translucent semisynthetic metalworking fluid free of mineral oil, boron, secondary amines and biocide. The product is low foaming even in soft waters but is also stable in waters with a high hardness. The product is ideal for use in turning and milling of structural steels, alloy steels, aluminium and yellow metals due to its well balanced lubrication and cooling characteristics. It can also be used for the machining and grinding of cast iron.

TRIM MicroSol 651XT is a high-lubricity, low-foaming, multi-metal, semisynthetic microemulsion coolant. The formula offers the performance of a heavy-duty soluble oil with the cleanliness of a semisynthetic. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. An excellent alternative to soluble oils on high-silica aluminium alloys, MicroSol 651XT is compatible with a wide range of materials and operations.

Vegetable Ester Based Cutting Oil
TRIM OE330 NS is a very heavy-duty neat cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. TRIM OE330 NS is designed for use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels and corrosion-resistant steel alloys. TRIM OE330 NS is especially effective in slow-speed machining operations such as gear hobbing and broaching. The product can also be used to replace the dark, high-odour neat oils used in Sunnen honing machines.

TRIM™ OG225
Medium to Heavy Duty Neat Grinding Oil
TRIM OG225 is a medium to heavy-duty neat oil designed for use in grinding operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels, Inconel® and titanium. A carefully selected extreme pressure/anti-wear package together with great detergency ensures TRIM OG225 provides very high stock removal rates in flute grinding without burning. It is also formulated to comply with aerospace regulations, i.e. no chlorine and no active sulphur additives. TRIM OG225 can also be used to machine all materials, including yellow metals, in high-pressure applications where low oil mist is advantageous.
