WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is a liquid, odourless non-water soluble high performance lubricant. It was developed for machining and forming operation on steel, non-ferrous and light metals. By using special spray equipment, WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is universally applicable for all minimum quantity lubricating systems, for example at sawing, milling, thread cutting and cold-forming operations. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 contains no chemical active substances in form of phosphor-, zinc-, sulphur- and chlorine compounds. The composition is based on special natural raw materials and it is free of mineral oil. Therefore, it is a particularly environmental and skin compatible lubricant. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is characterized by its high load carrying capacity and its excellent wetting- and lubricating behaviour. The excellent cooling and lubricating properties provide a longer service life of tools and high dimensional accuracy of workpieces. Inspite its low viscosity respectively low pour point, WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 has a low volatility and an excellent stability against oxidation Another advantage of WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 is the low mist forming behaviour and the low odour during machining. WEDOLiT CN 5200-28 ensures an extremely economic application and keeps the workplace clean. It can easily and safely be removed by spraying, dipping or ultrasonic cleaning with neutral or alkaline industrial cleaners as well as organic solvents.
