WEDOLiT FN 4455-55

Chlorine free stamping oil

WEDOLiT FN 4455-55 is a low viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for heavy forming operations of steel and non-ferrous metals. A combination of EP additives offers a outstanding performance for precision cutting operations. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, dipping, brushing or rolling.

  • Stable load carrying capacity and a homogenous sliding behaviour
  • Reduces friction and wear and thus contributes to a long tool life
  • Outstanding wetting ability and film formation without adhesion
  • Stable cold start behaviour, prevents stick-slip and chatter
  • Leads to clean surfaces and contributes to dimensional accuracy
  • Easily removable with organic solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners

WEDOLiT FN 6870-38

High performance forming oil

WEDOLiT FN 6870-38 is a water-insoluble lubricant for wire drawing and other cold forming operations, e.g. deep drawing, extrusion or thread forming, of steel and stainless steel. The undiluted product is usually applied by flooding, spraying, brushes or by means of rollers.

  • Stable load carrying capacity and a homogenous sliding behaviour
  • Reduces friction and wear and thus contributes to a high tool life
  • Outstanding wetting ability and film formation without adhesion
  • Stable cold start behaviour, prevents stick-slip and chatter
  • Leads to clean surfaces and contributes to achieving dimensional accuracy
  • Easily removable with organic solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners

WEDOLiT FS 3310

Solvent base for tube bending and straightening

WEDOLiT FS 3310 is a low viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for stamping and bending operations of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, flooding, brushing, or rolling.

  • Good spreading behaviour which leads to a uniform wetting of the metal surface
  • Stable load carrying capacity and a homogenous sliding behaviour
  • Reduces friction and wear and thus contributes to a long tool life
  • Leads to clean surfaces and contributes to dimensional accuracy
  • If the product is finely dispersed, it evaporates after a short time without leaving any residues and therefore, an additional cleaning step is not necessary
  • It is easily removable with organic solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners

WEDOLiT FW 3500

Water-soluble, fully synthetic, good material compatibility

WEDOLiT FW 9200 (C 66)

Water soluble, especially for drawing brass cases

WEDOLiT FW 9200 is an ester-based, water-miscible forming lubricant, which can be universally applied in forming (especially drawing) processes of brass and non-ferrous metals.

The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 15% are usually recommended.

  • Can be applied undiluted as a concentrate
  • Stable load carrying capacity and a homogenous sliding behaviour
  • Reduces friction and wear and thus contributes to a high tool life
