High Performance Machining Emulsion

TRIM E950 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and premium traditional lubricity additives to yield a very high performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is operator friendly because of its mild contact nature and low chemical initial-charge odour. TRIM E950 is robust enough to deliver extended useful life and avoid rancid odours normally associated with traditional emulsions. The unparalleled lubricity delivers exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult to machine aluminium alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless and high tensile strength steels.

TRIM™ E860

Low-foam, High-lubricity Emulsion

TRIM™ E860 is a high-quality, general purpose emulsion for use on abroad range of ferrous and nonferrous metals, effective in most cutting and grinding operations. The stable and predictable performance of E860 makes it a first choice for precision and consistent parts manufacturing.

Carbide Grinding Synthetic

TRIM GRIND WC minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WC is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.

Chlorine-free Semisynthetic Coolant

TRIM SC410 is a chlorine-free, semisynthetic coolant using vegetable-derived and ester lubricants. It runs clean in moderate-duty machining and grinding of both ferrous and nonferrous materials. In addition to its broad range of machining qualities, it has been specially optimized for machining "gray iron" castings and for surface and cylindrical grinding of ferrous materials.

  • Based on our exclusive ester lubricant technology, contains no mineral (petroleum) oil
  • Low foaming in most operations
  • Compatible with a very wide range of materials including ferrous, nonferrous, and nonmetallic material

TRIM™ MicroSol™ 456

Low-foam Ferrous Semisynthetic

TRIM MicroSol 456 low-foam semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant is optimised for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminium and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 456 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

High-lubricity, Low-foam Semisynthetic

TRIM DRIVE G2 161C is a specialized, halogen-free, high lubricity semisynthetic coolant formulated to meet the high precision machining and stringent chemical restrictions of the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industry. DRIVE G2 161C has very good wetting and lubricity giving excellent surface finishes. Its ease of wash-ability make DRIVE G2 161C an excellent choice for HDD components manufacturers. DRIVE G2 161C will run in high-pressure situations with little to no foam.

  • Suitable for a wide range of materials including aluminum alloys, steels, and stainless steels
